At לה איסלה, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
